Opening: The Apple Lavender Opening

On the first sniff, a heavy dose of zesty citrus arrives due to the presence of bergamot and mandarin orange. The apple note comes across as somewhat synthetic but not in an unpleasant way, immediately reminiscent of sour patch kids, bright, fresh and irresistibly inviting. In less than 5 minutes, a sweet apple scent begins mixing with spicy nuances from cardamom and pepper in the base. Lavender adds an aromatic herbal warmth that makes the opening feel simultaneously fresh and masculine, a lively opening duo of vanilla and apple that is sweet and bright but never overwhelming.

Heart: The French Court in Bloom

Light floral qualities emerge in the heart, not very strong, but beautifully present. Geranium keeps the composition along a fresh spicy plane, while jasmine begins to pair with vanilla in the most beautiful way. Violet adds a powdery soft sweetness. The dominant florals keep the composition from becoming too sweet or too heavy, instead acting as a graceful bridge between the fresh, fruity opening and the rich, addictive base.
